Advanced commissions

Use the advanced commission tiers to apply different commission rates or exclude commission on catalogue, pre-build and one-off items, labour, service fees, employees, memberships and job adjustments.

Additionally, choose to configure a different commission rate on individual pre-build or catalogue items.

Two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication acts as an extra layer of security for your data protection in simPRO. This feature uses the Google Authenticator app to ensure a secure login process.

  • The Customer Portal should now pop up a notification if you don’t click Save in the Contacts tab. So, you won’t lose the contact details that you entered.
  • We’ve fixed up how the Job Activity Report behaved. Now, it does include One Off Item in the Costs.
  • The Recurring Invoices table was getting a bit defensive - not taking into account data in custom fields. Now it won’t bother you any more!
  • An error message would pop up if you did not click Save in a contact card when creating or editing customer, supplier, or site. This shouldn’t bother you anymore as now the main Save / Save and Finish will do the job for you.
  • simPRO database backups are now combined with snapshots to eliminate confusion.
