Bi-directional status codes
Have more flexibility in your workflows by letting your status codes ignore status priority, so you can move a lead or quote or job back to a previous status with automatic triggers.
UK: Rexel catalogue import
Rexel catalogue imports are now supported by simPRO in the UK. You can receive a simPRO-formatted catalogue from Rexel and import it easily into simPRO without mapping fields.
Improvements
- The Profit/Loss Job report was breaking when loading past dates. All fixed!
- The desktop version of Outlook wasn’t letting your customers accept quotes online. Now Outlook should cooperate.
- Jobs were having trouble calculating employee travel times when the Job Duration was less than half an hour. Now you can choose the right employee for the job.
- The Claim Report from a progress claim was not including the Actual Costs of One Off items. Now your actual costs should show up correctly.
- In BI Reporting, plant items were showing up in the employees table. Now your plant items will stick to their own table.
- When searching the current date in a Custom Picking Slip, an error message was popping up. Now you won’t run into any errors.
- Selecting a specific business group in the Job Cost to Complete Report was bringing up an error. All fixed!
- After creating jobs from the Maintenance Planner, the site you selected was being forgotten. Now you won’t have to reselect the same site.
- When scheduling plant items to a job, the Update Time warning wasn’t popping up when it should. Now the warning will help you out when necessary.
- The Bank Deposit Slip from Sales Payment Report was missing Invoice Numbers. We’ve found them now!
Enhancements
- You can now update schedule rates on existing schedule blocks.
