Improvements
- The credits in the Sales Tax report shouldn’t bother you any more. We have handled them well!
- We’ve found a way to make the Quote Acceptance work as it should when clicked in an email! Now, it won’t show any quote not found error message.
- In the Schedule tab, the Help Me Decide feature was getting confused if two technicians had the same address. All fixed now!
- We’ve managed to fix the incorrect figures on the Sales Invoices Report!
- Assets in expired contracts still show up in the Maintenance Planner? To avoid this, don’t remove assets from the contract on expiry. Instead, we’ve updated the Maintenance Planner to exclude assets on contracts that are expired.
- Our American users were facing issues when using the SMS service. We have sorted this country code issue with the SMS service.
- Now you won’t lose track of who converted a quote to a job! We’ve made sure the timeline displays the corresponding employee’s name.
- Unable to set labour rates to the right price? We’ve made sure you are not bothered by labour rates changing.
- Due to long cost centre and one off item descriptions, the cost centre description was duplicated across multiple pages. All fixed now!
- If you archived an employee and reassigned their schedule to a different employee, who was also scheduled to the same quote or job, on the same day, the schedule was getting lost. Now you will not lose any schedules from the archived employee in this process.
