Print and send selected cost centres on quote and job forms
Previously when emailing a quote or job form to a customer you could only determine which cost centres should display on the form with Form Builder templates.
Now, you can easily have system-generated PDF quote or job forms to display only selected cost centres using the Cost Centres drop-down list in the Forms tab.

Choose if response times should include weekends
Earlier when response times for jobs were set towards the end of the week, an alert was possibly triggered over a weekend causing delay issues for those not operating during weekends.
You can now choose to set your job response times to include or exclude weekends depending on your operating hours to make sure no alerts are missed!

Current date format in emails and form builder templates
This feature aims to ease out the possible confusion with regards to date formats which usually differ based on where your business is located.
Now you can add a field to a form builder template or quote, credit note, job and invoice email templates which displays the current date as the day of the month, name of the month and year rather than the numeric DD/MM/YYYY format. For example, 1st of January, 2023.
