Rexel automatic catalogue syncing (UK only)

If you use Rexel as a supplier, you can set up automatic syncing for catalogues, instead of manually importing them every time.

System Condition Form improvements

The Maintenance Certificates in Simpro Premium were originally developed to be compliant with fire businesses and were primarily based on Queensland regulations and standards in Australia.

Now, we are introducing more flexibility to set up system condition forms so that you can make them compliant regardless of location and include relevant regulatory information based on the state where the works are carried out.

Additionally, the Annual System Condition form is now updated to include state-specific script text, site’s building class, ability to rename the PDF form title, accredited practitioner and their licence number and all asset test results for the reporting period (12 months) including the failed assets. Using these updates you can now customise the Annual System Condition form globally and make it compliant with fire regulations on a state and national level.

Import payments to multiple companies at the same time

If your business runs in a franchise model using multi-company builds and the financial aspects of the business are managed only at the head office, it could be a complex, time-consuming process to raise or import payments for each company one at a time.

This time-saver feature enables you to import payments into multiple companies at the same time! Provided you have access to all the required companies, you won’t need to manage separate CSV files for each company, reducing possible manual errors.

Copy schedule to additional staff

You can now copy an entire day’s schedule from one employee to another employee or day from the Day View. This time-efficient update also lets you copy multiple schedules for more than one employee to another day, which means if multiple employees have the same list of jobs or activities that are repeated you can easily make copies of them all at once!

Amount Remaining in the Pending Jobs table

Previously you could add the Amount Remaining column to all of the other jobs tables, including Progress, Complete, Invoiced and Archived. However, if you have unique workflows that require you to view the amount remaining on jobs that are Pending, you can now add it by modifying the Pending Jobs table view.

Rebranding UI/UX update

Experience the fresh look of Simpro Premium! To be consistent with Simpro's branding updates we’ve given a facelift to our products which mainly include slight changes to colours and logos. Although there are no functionality changes, this update makes it easier to understand which product you are referring to and distinguish between Simpro, the company and what we now call Simpro Premium, the product.

Improvements

  • We’ve fixed the issue about incorrect labour sell prices in the Netherlands builds!
  • The Total payments and Sales Tax Payable columns in the Sales Tax reports will now display the correct tax values. All fixed now!
  • The issue wherein the Claim Summary table on PDF forms was not displaying cost centre sections if negative value was added on the progress claim is now resolved!
  • Does your Commission report display Invoice ID in the Invoice Number column? We’ve made sure it doesn’t get confused and displays the correct data now!
  • Issue with the Sales Invoices Report returning the opposite retention values is now fixed!
  • Trouble using the Move Schedule functionality in the Day View? We’ve made sure it works correctly now and moves schedules to the selected date!
  • The Annual Turnover Report was getting confused and adding multiple currencies together from different invoices! Now it knows better how to differentiate between local and foreign currencies!
  • The Sales Invoice Reports will no longer return invoices containing $0 cost centres that are not being claimed. All fixed now!
  • Deleting schedules in the Manual Schedule view was possible even without having appropriate security permissions. We’ve fixed this security issue!
  • When adding multiple items to a job in Simpos, some combinations of items would incorrectly round the subtotal to $0.01 higher. All fixed now!
  • Unable to create a new linked variation job? The issue is now resolved!
  • The Estimated Gross Margin and Estimated Net Margin were displayed as dollar amounts in BI reporting instead of percentages. All fixed now!
  • We’ve made sure the accented characters display correctly on the Report filters in the Netherland builds.
  • The issue related to incorrect PDF form sizes being sent and downloaded in the Simpro Premium US builds is now resolved!
  • The Supplier Back Orders report was not displaying all of the line items on order when PO was assigned to multiple storage devices.
  • All issues related to viewing / downloading the attachments in Simpro Premium are now fixed!
  • When importing pre-builds that contain the Pound symbol the imported pre-build’s price was always shown as 0. We’ve made sure currencies other than $ are handled correctly in pre-build imports.
  • Unable to change customer / create contact / attach note on the emails despite having Gmail Integration? All fixed now!
