Oakleys automatic catalogue and supplier invoice syncing (NZ only)

If you use Oakleys as a supplier, you can set up automatic syncing for catalogues and supplier invoices, instead of manually importing them every time.

Flexible Payment Terms

Previously, only a limited selection of payment terms was available under System Setup > Defaults > Financial and from the settings in a customer card.

We’ve now introduced additional flexibility to the payment terms, so you can set specific terms for each of your customers! Access a wider selection of more specific payment terms under System Setup > Accounts > Payment Terms.

Asset Cost Analysis Report

We have made it easier for you to report on the costs you encounter when you service and maintain specific assets. The new Asset Cost Analysis Report is based on the cost of the materials and labour used on jobs and quotes in the same cost centre that assets are tested.

This report makes it possible for you to sort out which assets are profitable and which ones are being serviced at a significant cost to your business or to your customer.

Improvements

  • When you’d invoice 99.99% of a job, the breakdown table on the job would show Invoiced Percentage as 100%. All fixed now!
  • The Job card form builder template was printing incorrect values if you used the ${Stock:StockStillRequired} plugin. This issue is now fixed!
  • The issue with displaying prepaid time incorrectly on invoices is now resolved!
  • The Job Activity report will now use the receipt’s new invoice date to reflect the material costs if you’ve entered the invoice date in a receipt after it’s been created!
  • We’ve made sure the Charge Freight To field still remains mandatory, as expected, even when you untick the Items Received check box.
  • We’ve fixed the cost centre filter functionality within the Sales Forecast Report. It should return just the filtered cost centre/s now!
  • Exporting the Quote Export CSV from the Quote Forms tab will no longer multiply the unit cost and unit sell prices for pre-builds by their quantity! All fixed now!
  • Customer Alerts gone missing from the alerts page even when you are assigned to those customer notes? We’ve fixed this issue now!
  • Unable to view the quote attachments from within the customer history table? We’ve got them back for you now!
  • Does allocating stock items to a job and following the prompt to create assets from there not create all of the selected assets? Now, the correct number of assets will be created and assigned to the job!
  • The Removed column was incorrectly shown for the Recurring Job table in BI reporting. We’ve taken it off from the wrong place!
  • Are pre-builds causing incorrect material and resource markups in the breakdown table on jobs? All fixed now!
  • The Asset notifications will now print the [recipientName] field in the "firstname lastname" order!
  • You’ll no longer have 3 jobs created with different job IDs when converting a quote. We’ve made sure converting a quote to job functionality works correctly!
  • Joining the Purchase Orders and Receipts tables and matching those by Purchase order number in BI Reporting was giving errors. All fixed now!
