Improved navigation menu
Over the coming weeks, we’re revamping the Support menu with a new look and feel. If you need help while working in Simpro Mobile, just tap the navigation menu, then Support to easily access all the options you need!
Go to the Product Portal to view a roadmap of upcoming features, or suggest and vote on your own feature ideas. You can also visit the Helpguide or Contact Support.
Improved Simpro Mobile management
Control what your technicians can do in Simpro Mobile - we’ve added two additional security group permissions. You can restrict or allow technicians to edit site notes and discard time blocks depending on your business needs. In Simpro Premium, go to System > Setup > Security Groups > Simpro Mobile Security Groups to update your security group settings.
