What's New in Simpro Mobile: from 29 January 2026 AEST

Mobile Reminder

Mobile reminders (Banner Alerts) are now available in the Service Module.

Technicians can receive reminders with additional clarification and clearer reminder information more promptly when required. This improves efficiency and communication between the admin team and site employees.

Make sure the technician has permission to access the Service Module in the mobile app and has the setup reminder in Simpro Premium before they can receive the mobile reminder.
