Upgrade from simPRO Service
After being upgraded to the latest version of simPRO there are a number of new features that you’ll have access to. In this article we will explore the features and options that are exclusive to the latest version simPRO.
In simPRO click the What's New in simPRO button and launch the Essential Setup to learn how to set up simPRO to continue working as you always have.
Some of the most significant features include:
Navigation and Accessibility
The latest version of simPRO has a new look. One of the major differences is that the main menu is now on the left and can be expanded to include the names of the different areas of simPRO or symbols.

When upgraded to the latest simPRO, you are given access to more options in formatting your forms and can now use Form Builder to create completely custom form templates.

simPRO gives you access to create project quote and jobs. Projects can be divided and invoiced in sections and allow you to report on the profitability of work as it is progressing rather than having to wait for the work to be completed.

simPRO gives you the ability to put invoices in an unapproved status to prevent users from sending the invoice to a customer before being approved by someone with appropriate security group access. Additionally you can create some additional types of invoices.

If you have an account with Square Payments you can integrate it with simPRO to make collecting payments much easier.

Import and Export
The latest version of simPRO includes a range of new import and export options so you can save time adding and updating data in your simPRO build. Additionally if you have an account with one of simPRO’s supported suppliers you can set up automatic syncing for your catalogue and supplier invoices.
