Stock Module

Overview

With the Stock module in Simpro Mobile, you can create purchase order numbers that are assigned directly to stock rather than assigning it to a job, without requiring access to the Service module.

How to Use Licences

In order to view content or perform actions referred to in this article you need to have the appropriate permissions enabled in your security group. Go to System A screenshot of a schedule icon with a grey calendar icon and an arrow. > Setup > Security Groups and access your security group to update your permissions. Basic requirements to access the Service module:

  • Simpro Premium URL and login credentials
  • Valid mobility licence. Learn more in Adjust employee settings.
  • Latest version of Simpro Mobile app.

How to Update a Purchase Order Purchase orders created and assigned to stock that are in the Pending or Received stage, can be easily accessed and edited in the Stock module.
