Simtrac Reports

Overview

To view reports on vehicle activity, go to the Reports tab and select a report.

Vehicles without trackers are displayed in reports if they previously had a tracker that has been removed.

Activity Report

The Activity Report displays all selected activities recorded during the specified date range. Learn more in Activity Report.

Detailed Data Report

The Detailed Data Report displays every signal received by the trackers. Learn more in Detailed Data Report.

Mileage Report

The Mileage Report displays the daily total mileage for each vehicle within the selected date range. Learn more in Mileage Report.

Overspeed Report

The Overspeed Report displays all recorded instances of vehicles exceeding a specified speed limit. Learn more in Overspeed Report.

Overspeed Report by Site / Geofence

The overspeed report for sites and geofences displays all recorded instances of vehicles exceeding the set speed limit for specific sites and geofences. Learn more in Overspeed Report for Sites and Geofences.

Site / Geofence Report

The Site / Geofence Report displays every recorded instance of vehicles entering or leaving selected sites and geofences. Learn more in Site / Geofence Report.

Location History Report

The Location History Report displays all records of vehicles visiting a selected address. Learn more in Location History Report.

Run Sheet Report

The Run Sheet Report displays all journeys made by vehicles during the day. Learn more in Run Sheet Report.

Run Sheet by Driver Report

The Run Sheet by Driver Report displays all journeys made by drivers on each day within the date range. Learn more in Run Sheet by Driver Report.

Site Run Sheet Report

The Site Run Sheet Report displays a list of all journeys made between sites. Learn more in Site Run Sheet Report.

Timesheet Report

The Timesheet Report displays how much a vehicle has travelled during the selected date range. Learn more in Timesheet Report.

Report History

The Report History provides you with a summary of all the reports that have been run in Simtrac. This include reports that have been generated manually and Reports Subscriptions.

You can choose to download the required report as a CSV or PDF file for sharing purposes.

To access the Report History, go to Settings > Reports > Report History.

The following information is displayed in the table:

Report	The name of the report that has been run.
Type	Whether the report is a Report Subscription or it has been run manually in the Browser.
When	The date and time that the report was run.
Filters	The list of filters that have been applied to the report.
Action	Click the icons to Open the report, Download report or Remove from history. The red X icon is displayed if the report failed to process. You can download the report as a .CSV or PDF file for sharing purposes.
