Simpro Premium 24.1.4

What's new in Simpro Premium: from 25 February 2024 AEST

Schedule Month View enhancements

Previously, only the Contractor Company name was displayed in the Schedule Month View, making it difficult to identify specific individuals or companies.

This update introduces improved visibility of contractor information within the Schedule > Month View by showing both the Contractor Company Name as well as the Company Contact. It also aligns with existing functionality in the Day and Week views, ensuring consistency across different timeline views.

Improvements

  • You can now successfully export supplier invoices to Xero even when the invoice numbers contain commas. All fixed now!
  • We've resolved an issue in the Timesheet Summary view where an additional, unintended number column was generated.
  • The PPM report now loads assets more efficiently! The issue that caused batches of assets to appear stuck while loading in the PPM Report is now fixed.
  • The Customer Rank Report was excluding voided invoices and void credits, leading to inaccurate ranking data. We’ve resolved this issue to ensure a reliable representation of customer rankings.
  • The Maintenance Planner now correctly identifies and includes assets with service levels of zero increments in the search results, provided their service level date is within the specified time period.
  • We've resolved an issue where the Audit Log in Contractor Jobs displayed extensive and irrelevant log entries, making it difficult to identify specific information related to Work Orders.
  • The Email configuration link under System > Setup > Forms Setup > Email Setup now correctly directs you to the intended webpage. We've resolved the issue!
  • Schedule-based work orders with a cost of $0 were populating as null values in the BI Reporting Contractor Jobs table. The issue is now fixed!
  • You can now seamlessly Finish and Approve new stock takes without encountering any error messages. All fixed!
  • We've resolved this issue where importing Reece-formatted invoice CSV files resulted in an error message, preventing successful upload.
  • Customers and suppliers successfully exported to Xero will no longer reappear in the Transfer tab. This issue has been resolved!
  • Task email notifications were displaying a confusing mix of multiple languages due to a mismatch between the logged-in user's preferred language and the company's default language. We've addressed this issue!
  • Previously, when assigning stock items to a job, the system automatically assigned non-inventory quantities instead of the actual stock quantity available. We’ve fixed this issue to ensure accurate allocation.
  • Switching between different schedule views (day, week, month) caused the Block Height slider to malfunction. We’ve fixed the issue to ensure the Block Height slider works consistently across all schedule views.
  • There was an issue with credit notes not updating when changing customers on a job. Previously, we restricted the ability to change a customer on a job once invoiced to fix this. But this didn't provide enough flexibility. Now you are only unable to change the customer if it has been invoiced and it has an outstanding credit.
