About Connect

Overview

Simpro Connect is an add-on product of Simpro Premium in the form of a mobile application for field employees to use on a smart phone or tablet when working in the field. To start setting up Connect, go to How to Set Up Connect.

Effectively an electronic runsheet and job card, Connect enables field employees to:

• View job, quote, activity, and task details.
• Schedule activities
• Create new jobs and quotes, as well as new customers, sites, and leads. Learn more in Connect Jobs and Connect Quotes.
  • Update times, pricing and work notes.
  • Complete pre-audits and post-audits for jobs and quotes.
  • Photograph jobs, documents, and assets and attach these to a job or quote.
• View, create and receipt job purchase orders and Create stock purchase orders.
• Manage customer assets.
• Sign off on a job
• Submit and convert a quote.
• Invoice a job and Email a job invoice.
• Apply a payment to a job

You can reflect any activity or changes made in Connect in your Simpro Premium system when you Sync Connect with Simpro Premium.
