Streamline your database by reducing unnecessary, duplicate contacts. You can merge contacts together as one entry if they share the same selected criteria.
Note that merging contacts cannot be reversed. You can take a backup of your data before using this report, if required.
In order to view content or perform actions referred to in this article you need to have the appropriate permissions enabled in your security group. Go to System > Setup > Security Groups and access your security group to update your permissions. The relevant security group tab and specific permissions for this article can be found here:
Note that if you choose multiple details to group contacts by, they are grouped by the first detail selected in the drop-down. Selecting multiple details only returns results that have both of those details matching. For example, if you select Email and Name, the report displays all the individual contacts that have both matching names and emails.
Enter a specific contact under Search if required.
