Employee Schedule and Activity Log

Keep track of what changes have been made to the schedule. See what, who and when schedule blocks have been created, updated and deleted. Access the schedule logs from individual employee or contractor cards, from the Day and Week View schedules or from the Staff Log Report. This update also makes Activity logs available in BI Reporting.

  • We’ve updated the email address on the licences page so your enquiries about licences will be sent to the correct team.

Improvements

  • If a file name in your attachments had special characters, you weren’t able to view or download them. Now your attachments will work normally.
  • Notifications for invoices based on time were not triggering. All fixed!
  • In work orders, you weren’t able to remove material costs even if the work order hadn’t been invoiced yet. All fixed!
  • In the Job Project Overview, pre-builds assigned to contractor work order were incorrectly added as resource costs in the current budget. Now your budget will be accurate.
  • The Supplier Purchases report was converting supplier invoices with foreign currencies into your local currency. Now you’ll be able to see the currency that was actually used.
  • In BI Reporting, the Variation Approval Date is getting updated for the primary cost centre as well as the variation cost centre. Now only variation cost centres will count.
  • When you used the Date based on filter in the Commission report to find commissions by payment date, every job was showing $0 commission. Now your report results will be correct.
  • You weren’t able to manually change status codes in a job. All fixed!
  • When you changed the colour of the customer portal, which also changes the background colour of the Pay Now button, the text colour wasn’t changing along with it. Now the Pay Now button will always have visible text.
  • Sometimes creating a purchase order was causing errors. All fixed!
  • When emailing overdue letters to customers, sometimes the insert fields were including invoices past their due date but not yet overdue. Now only the relevant invoices will be included.
  • In Day View, when you filtered by team, unscheduled jobs from other companies were being displayed. All fixed.
  • When you used the Help Me Decide functionality when scheduling in a job, the distances / times weren’t being calculated correctly. All fixed!
  • Sometimes editing a labour rate or creating a new labour rate was causing an error. All fixed!
  • Running the Programmed Preventative Maintenance report was logging you out of Simpro Premium. Now you can run the report normally.
  • Sometimes you weren’t able to see job information in Simpro Mobile. Now your job information will display normally.
