Sometimes the Form Builder template for invoices was loading forever and not letting you proceed. All fixed!
Sometimes, in the Invoice Forms tab, you weren’t able to open the Consolidated Invoice Form (PDF). All fixed!
Opening some jobs was causing an error. Now you’ll be able to access your jobs.
In Form Builder, you weren’t able to preview forms without running into an error. Now you can preview your forms normally.
If you had multiple purchase orders on a job, and only receipted some of them, the ‘All purchase orders on the job have been received’ status was still being triggered incorrectly. Now your automatic triggers will be accurate.
The Customer Rank report was returning some jobs with incorrect gross profit amounts. All fixed!
In Form Builder, the IBAN field was not populating correctly. All fixed!
In the customer portal, even if you set up custom fields and selected them to display in Modify Table View, these fields weren’t visible in the table view in the portal. Now your customers can see the information they need.
If you use multi-currency, the Cost Centre Claim Remaining field was populating incorrectly in forms made with Form Builder. Now your numbers will add up.
If you have a set licence release time, idle licences weren’t being released to users trying to log in. Now your shared licences will work how they’re supposed to.
Sometimes the API wasn’t retrieving all outstanding supplier invoices. All fixed!
When you viewed the Monthly Breakdown report, credits with retention rebates were incorrectly subtracting the retention amount. Now the correct amount will display.
Some overview scripts were populating with the wrong project name. All fixed!
When setting up SMS notifications, you weren’t able to add the technician name field. Now you can include technician names in your notifications.
In BI Reporting, the Salesperson filter didn’t include the relevant employees who were assigned salespeople on quotes. All fixed!
