Improvements

  • When navigating through the folder structure of your attachments, you weren’t able to click back to the previous folder. Now you won’t get stuck when looking at attachments.
  • Form Builder templates weren’t letting you rename them. All fixed!
  • Trying to print a job card in the employee portal was causing an error. Now your employees can print their job cards.
  • When adding items using Quick Search in a purchase order, the correct item wasn’t being highlighted if you had a mix of jobs and stock, or if the item already existed on the order. All fixed!
  • In security groups, the permission Ignore On Stop due to credit limit has been relabelled Ignore on Stop on Customer Card to prevent confusion.
  • If you pressed Enter in the Actual Materials field in a job card, you received a confirmation message for sending an email. Now sending an email is not the default action on this page.
  • When invoicing contractor jobs, the subtotal value was not updating automatically when changing the applied amount. Now your subtotals will be accurate.
  • Sometimes stock items that were already on stock weren’t displaying as On Order, causing you to reorder the same items. All fixed!
  • Recurring invoices were generating new customer invoices but were not sending emails to customers. Now your customers will be notified of their recurring invoices.
  • When you tried to use the grid view in the Attachments tab, you weren’t able to preview any PDF files. Now your PDFs will show up in the grid.
  • Recurring invoices with a membership cost centre were expiring existing memberships but not creating new active memberships. Now your memberships will renew properly.
  • When you created a notification to send to customers, you weren’t able to select None for customer groups, customer profiles, project tags or customer tags. Now you’ll be able to ignore these fields.
  • Sometimes the invoice period in recurring invoices was incorrect. Now your invoice periods will be correct.
  • If you filtered the Week View schedule by employee, then switched to Month View, the filter was remaining and wouldn’t allow you to change it. All fixed!
