Purchase Tax Code - Canada Only

If your business operates in Canada, now you have the option to select a purchase tax code on receipts to assist with your accounting data.

Improved security groups options for Employees, Contractors and Contacts

We’ve added more permissions in the People tab for security groups. You can choose to permit employees to view contacts, employees and contractors, as well as view contractor pay rates and commission, manage contractor account setup, and more.

Improvements

  • Some jobs that were fully invoiced were still allowing you to raise an invoice for the job. All fixed.
  • Service level dates were disappearing when jobs were raised from Maintenance Planner. Now service level dates won’t be removed from assets.
  • UK only: When you created a retention claim for multiple jobs, an incorrect CIS payment was added. All fixed.
  • Supplier invoices set for foreign currencies were causing an error when exporting to QuickBooks Online. Now your invoices won’t cause any errors.
  • When you exported a supplier invoice to Xero, or another accounting package with a tax adjustment, the price of the line items was changing. All fixed.
  • If you edited a newly added schedule in the Day View, the date was incorrectly displaying as the previous day and changes to the time weren’t saving. All fixed.
  • Invoices created from recurring invoices were incorrectly backdated if certain options were selected. All fixed.
  • Some items in the quote form had a blank unit price, VAT and total. Now your quote forms will have the right information.
  • Sometimes you weren’t able to scroll through all log entries when viewing contractor work orders in a job. Now you’ll be able to see all your work orders.
  • In a labour one off item, if you input a sell price and pressed Tab, the sell price was changing to $0. All fixed.
