We welcome your feedback on potential API enhancements. Please submit your feature request on the Simpro Product Portal.

We appreciate your interest in new features. We review all feature requests and prioritise them based on overall customer demand and customer business needs. New features developed will then be documented in https://developer.simprogroup.com/apidoc/
However, due to the nature of shifting demand and prioritisation, we do not publish timelines.
If you encounter an error or unexpected behaviour in the API, please provide detailed information about the issue and submit it to Support, including:
- API endpoint
- Request parameters
- Expected response
- Actual response
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Screenshots or error messages (if applicable)
- Build details (URL as least)
Our support team will prioritise bug fixes based on severity and impact. We will provide updates on the status of your bug report as soon as possible.
The API forum is monitored at least once a week by the developers team.
