About VoIP

Overview

Simpro Premium’s integration with VoIP provides a cost-effective and unified telephony service without expensive hardware or landlines. Make and receive calls from customers, employees, contractors or suppliers from Simpro Premium with the VoIP integration.

With VoIP enabled, you receive incoming call notifications via the browser. You’ll also see the Caller ID for known phone numbers in Simpro Premium. VoIP details can be shared across your Multi-company build.

VoIP is not supported in Internet Explorer. Access your Simpro Premium build through a different browser to use the VoIP integration. Additional setup is required for Mozilla Firefox.
