Simpro Premium 24.4.4

What's new in Simpro Premium: from 3 November 2024 AEST

Enhanced job card visibility

Job card blocks without a schedule will now be clearly highlighted to help you manage your timesheets more efficiently! Job cards that had been filled out but had their schedules deleted are now shown with an orange bar on the right side of the job card schedule.

Due Date filter for tasks

You can now filter your tasks by Due Date on the Tasks list page.

Previously, there wasn't a Due Date filter available in the advanced search, making it difficult to find tasks based on their due dates. With the new filter, you can now quickly select a specific due date to view only those tasks that need to be completed.

Improvements

  • Trouble importing generic catalogue files? This issue is now resolved and you should now be able to import generic catalogue files successfully with no error messages.
  • Creating a retention claim for multiple jobs that were withholding retention would incorrectly show an invoice amount of $0.00 in the activity timeline of each job. All fixed now!
  • When locking a cost centre by estimates and price, invoicing the job using a progress claim would prevent future locking of revised budget in the cost centre. This issue is now resolved!
  • We’ve made sure the announcement text wraps correctly within the grey box on the dashboard and does not overflow into the map area!
  • The Adjust Material Markup field in the Project Overview > Adjustments sub tab now correctly displays the percentage symbol (%) instead of the currency symbol.
  • When importing a catalogue file to update existing items, trade price will no longer get updated if the import file does not contain a trade price column or if the column is ignored during the import process. All fixed now!
  • Editing a receipt or changing the exchange rate will no longer affect the supplier invoice number, packing slip number, invoice date, or category. We’ve fixed the issue so that the receipt details remain consistent.
  • Activating an archived plant item automatically enabled billing? We've fixed the issue so that when you activate a plant item, its billing status will remain unchanged.
  • When you change the tax code for a one off item in the take off template and save your changes, the new tax code will now be applied correctly.
  • We have fixed an issue where All licenses are in use alert popped up when trying to log in to newly cloned builds. Now active users will be correctly moved to the cloned build and displayed in the User Log, allowing support users to log out inactive users and free up licenses for new users.
  • Unable to schedule an activity due to a locked schedule? This issue is now resolved.
  • Changing a job site containing tested assets resulted in the asset information being lost without any prior notification. This issue is now addressed.
  • The issue of payments failing to import due to mismatched customer names is now resolved. Payments from Quickbooks will now correctly convert the customer name to “last name, first name” when the Simpro customer is an individual.
  • The schedule block would initially appear to move when you drag it within a job but will revert to its original position after saving. The issue has now been resolved.
