What's new in Simpro Premium: from 17 November 2024 AEST

Improved attachment viewing

We’ve made it easier for you to view and manage your attachments in Simpro Premium. Previously, you had to open and close each image attachment individually. Now, you can efficiently scroll through image attachments, rename and rotate them, and download or delete them with ease. This enhancement aims to save you time and improve your overall workflow efficiency.

Enhancements

  • When processing the payments for invoices via Stripe, the status is Pending Payments while the required verification or additional actions is processed.

Improvements

  • If a quote was converted to a job in Simpro Mobile, items in pre-builds weren’t available in the materials section of the job card. Now your items will be where they belong.
  • When running the PPM report in the customer portal, the Site filter was causing an error. All fixed!
  • When using the API, the final claim was missing the retention rebate. All fixed!
  • Sending purchase order emails was sometimes causing an error. All fixed!
  • In the Customer Assets tab in a job, when you tried downloading the second or third table of a particular asset type, the first table was downloaded instead. Now you’ll be able to download what you need.
  • In the scheduled Schedule Breakdown report, the records were not ordered by date. Now your schedule will be in order.
  • In Form Builder quotes, the Optional section was incorrectly pulling information from the primary cost centres. Now your forms will display the right optional information.
  • In some builds, macron symbols (ā) were showing up as question marks on PDF forms, even when using a font that supports these characters. All fixed!
