Upload and store files you wish to make accessible to all Simpro Premium users in your Documents forms setup. The files are then available to view and download from the Documents .
The Documents menu already includes a blank Job Card Template by default.
In order to view content or perform actions referred to in this article you need to have the appropriate permissions enabled in your security group. Go to System > Setup > Security Groups and access your security group to update your permissions. The relevant security group tab and specific permissions for this article can be found here:
To upload files to be available from the Documents menu:
Go to System > Setup > Forms Setup > Documents.
Click Browse to search the required file, or alternatively, drag and drop the file into the tab.
Click Save.
To remove a file from the Documents menu, go to System > Setup > Forms Setup > Documents and click the icon, then click Save.
To rename a file, click the edit icon to the left of the file name, make changes as required, then click Save. If you need to update the actual contents of a file, you need to delete it in Simpro Premium, and re-upload the updated file.
