How do I sign up for Delight?
Visit the Simpro Website to chat with someone or book a demo and get started with Delight.
Can I connect to multiple companies with a single Delight account?
Currently, a single Delight instance can only be connected to one Company within a Simpro build. Additional Delight instances can be created and connected to multiple Companies within the same Simpro build.
If the Email Recipients is set to “Primary Contact Only” but the primary contact has their Marketing Status disabled, will the customer still be contacted?
Yes, if the Primary Contact has their Marketing Status disabled, but Email Recipients are set to “Primary Contact Only”, then the oldest contact on the customer will be emailed instead.
How do I start or stop emails being sent from Delight?
Click the Profile icon > Company Settings > Email Settings > Enable / Disable Email Sending. This turns on and off all email sending from Delight.
How can I change the email address that emails are sent from in Delight?
The address that is listed when a customer receives an email sent from Delight is listed under the Profile icon > Company Settings > Email Settings > Send Emails From. Contact Simpro support to get this field updated. This field is restricted because the domain in the email address must be registered with DNS; otherwise, emails will not be delivered successfully from Delight.
You can update the email inbox that return emails are sent to, if a customer replies. This email address can be different from the Send Emails From email address you set up. To update the return email inbox, go to the Profile icon > Company Settings > Company Branding and enter a Company Contact Email.
How often will Delight email customers?
Delight emails customers based on the Email Frequency set under the Profile icon > Company Settings > Email Settings.
- Low Frequency - Your customer will receive the email once every two months.
- AI - Optimised - Delights AI will determine the best times to send emails to customers depending on engagement. Your customer should receive emails approximately once a month.
- High Frequency - Your customer will receive the email every two weeks.
Can I use Delight without Simpro Premium?
Delight uses quotes, jobs, and customer history from Simpro Premium to generate marketing emails and does not function without this integration.
How long does it take to set up Delight?
Delight uses AI to examine your website, branding, work, and customer history to configure much of its setup for you, meaning it should be ready to use almost as soon as you log in. Delight also gives you the option to configure and customize how it is used. This process can take as few as 5 minutes.
