Schedule Block Click Shortcut

Take a shortcut when using the schedule. Choose what happens when you click or double-click a schedule block in the schedule - either opening a job or quote directly, or opening the quote or job card.

Improvements

  • Sometimes you weren’t able to update your password from your profile. All fixed!
  • When you added a task template in a job in a language other than English, the tasks weren’t being created in the job. Now your task templates will function normally.
  • The alerts page was producing false alerts for contracts and saying that the contract had been exceeded by £0.00. Now your alerts will be correct.
  • Creating multiple purchase orders was causing any decimal quantities less than one to round up to one. Now your quantities won’t be changed.
  • In invoices, credit values with reverse charges were appearing incorrectly and showing as a negative amount. All fixed!
  • Copying a recurring job and changing the project type to a recurring invoice was causing an error. All fixed!
  • Automatic triggers were not functioning based on System Setup. All fixed!
  • When you deleted or voided an invoice, the job’s stage was updated but not the job’s status. Now your job status update normally.
  • In Multi-company, even though you deleted a company the contractors in those companies were not being deleted, but you could not access them in the contractor list. Now any contractors associated with deleted companies will be deleted as well.
  • When you ran the maintenance planner for a specific date period and asset type, the page was loading continually and preventing you from selecting assets and creating jobs. Now the maintenance planner will run normally.
  • When you removed a late payment fee from an invoice and reduced the outstanding balance to zero, the invoice wasn’t updating to the paid status. All fixed!
  • When you credited an invoice, which was withholding retention, the credit PDF was displaying a different total than the invoice. Now your totals will be consistent.
  • The VAT amount on invoice forms was 1p less than the actual VAT amount. All fixed!
  • In the Outlook email integration, both in desktop and browser versions, you weren’t able to attach a note to a job because you could not retrieve any jobs for the selected customer. All fixed!
  • Sometimes you weren’t able to send emails without forms. Now you’ll be able to send emails if there are no forms available.
