Stripe Integration T&Cs
We've updated the Simpro Payment Terms and Conditions and made those easier to review and accept on the Simpro Payment and Stripe setup pages.
When connecting Simpro Premium to Stripe, you'll be required to review and accept these terms to ensure that you are informed about the service agreements before proceeding with the integration.

Site filter for parent assets
The Related Assets tab on the Asset details page now includes a site filter for selecting parent assets.
Now, you can easily choose between Current Site or All Sites filters when searching for parent assets. This enhancement reduces search time by limiting the selection to the most relevant assets.
Improvements
- We've resolved an issue where retention claim amounts for multiple jobs were incorrectly changing to $0. Now, you can enter any required value in the retention claim fields when creating claims from multiple jobs.
- The Technician Activity Report will no longer produce a fatal error when run with a specified date range. All fixed now!
- Resolved an issue where auto-assigning technicians when creating a Maintenance Planner job failed to assign any technician. Now, selecting auto assign will correctly assign the site's preferred technician for the asset type and service level.
- Retrieving details for a job now accurately reflects the total costs, addressing a discrepancy where totals were previously incorrect. We’ve made sure there is consistency in the job totals displayed in Simpro.
- You can now save the job card forms without any loading errors after editing multiple schedules. The issue is now fixed!
- Fixed an issue with recurring membership invoices. Now when you create a new invoice from a recurring invoice that includes a membership cost centre, the previous membership will automatically expire, and a new one will be created.
- Previously, you couldn't disconnect Square integration if location data wasn't accessible. Now, you can disconnect regardless of any issues with retrieving your Square location information.
- We've fixed an issue where editing task templates in the System Setup was either very slow, or returned an error. The page now loads quickly as expected.
- The password reset feature in Simpro Mobile was displaying a server error and failed to send the reset email. All fixed now!
