Improvements

  • When you tried to import site labour rates, you were receiving an error. Now you’ll be able to import normally.
  • In the customer portal, jobs were being displayed in the All tab even though they weren’t archived. Now job information won’t be shown to customers until the job is archived.
  • Your contractor invoice numbers were sometimes skipping over numbers. Now your invoice numbers will be consistently sequential.
  • The Profit/Loss Job Report was showing incorrect resource costs after a contractor invoice was deleted. Now deleting a contractor invoice will update the job costing.
  • On tasks, the due date wasn’t being saved when you selected it. Now your tasks will be due on the right date.
  • In a job, if you changed the quantity of a one-off item, the sell price was automatically updating to $0. Now your one-off items will have the correct sell price.
  • In the Contractor Invoice table, the sum total in the Price column wasn’t calculating correctly. Now your totals will add up.
  • Exporting invoices to QuickBooks Online was sometimes causing an error. All fixed!
  • UK only: Sometimes contractor invoices were being transferred to your accounting package twice. Now you won’t end up with any duplicates.
  • If you tried approving a stock take and an item had zero counted units in stock, you would receive an error message saying that stock cannot be negative. Now stock levels of zero won’t cause any issues.
  • When you merged one job into another job, the merge event was not logged in either job. Now your job logs will show which jobs were merged.
  • Sometimes you weren’t able to transfer invoices to your accounting package and no error message was displayed. Now the accounting link should export invoices normally.
  • Sometimes you were prompted to close open jobs even though you had no other jobs open. All fixed!
  • If you use the Outlook Calendar integration, events were not syncing for some employees. All fixed!
