Sorting Notifications

Manage your notifications and find the important ones quickly. Go to the Notifications page and click the column headings to sort by Notification Name, Type, Sent To, Delivery Method, and Enabled.

Streamlined security groups setup

Manage Security Groups quicker and simpler with these new features:

Copy security groups - Making changes to your security groups is easier than ever. You can quickly make a copy of an existing security group to create a new security group that is similar.

Bulk assign users - Easily assign users to different groups by going to the Users tab within the security group. No need to spend time opening every single employee card file.

Go to System > Setup > Security Groups > Simpro Security Groups / Simpro Mobile Security Groups to update security groups.

Improvements

• Sometimes invoices were exporting to Xero with incorrect amounts if the invoice had been voided and created again with different amounts. All fixed!
• In Inventory Tracking, creating a supplier credit was creating a new journal with the receipt invoice date instead of the credit invoice date. Now your journals will have the right dates.
• In Maintenance Planner, creating a large number of jobs was causing an error. All fixed!
• If a child asset used the same service level as a parent asset, and the service level was then removed from the asset type, the failure point for the deleted service level was still appearing in tests for the child asset. Now you’ll only see the relevant failure points.
• If a job’s cost centre was partially invoiced, you weren’t able to unlock revised costs. All fixed!
• If you invoiced part of a job with a Claim Per Item invoice, you were then able to go back to the job and reduce the quantity of the item to be below the claimed amount and make the item non-billable. Now, if an item is already invoiced, you won’t be able to make it non-billable.
• When a job cost centre had estimates and prices locked, and you then tried to order more units of an item already in the Parts & Labour tab, the quantity was not updating. Now you’ll be able to order more items when estimates and prices are locked.
• Merging two contacts in the Duplicate Contacts report was causing an error. Now the Duplicate Contacts report will work normally.
• Sending supplier credits to QuickBooks Online was causing an error. All fixed!
• Contractors that were archived in Simpro Premium were still showing up in the contractor portal Schedule View. Now archived contractors will be properly removed.
