Duplicate Defects Column - Defect Management

Go to the Defect Management tab in Maintenance Planner to view the Duplicates column - you can see how many times a defect has failed without being resolved. Now you’ll have more information about your asset failures.

Individual notifications per scheduled event

Want to send more notifications for jobs, quotes or leads that have multiple appointments?

In notifications, use the new Days before each scheduled date option and then the Number of Days option to send a separate, individual notification for each scheduled event. For example, if a job, quote or lead is scheduled on Monday and then a second schedule is on Friday, you can schedule a separate notification for each appointment.

You can also use Project Upcoming Scheduled Date as an insert field in the body text of the notification.

Improvements

  • Extending a timeblock to finish at midnight wasn’t working, and the block would revert to the previous finish time. All fixed!
  • In QuickBooks Online, some invoices were causing errors when exported. All fixed.
  • Sometimes reopening paid contractor invoices was reverting the work orders from Invoiced to Complete. Now your contractor invoices will stay paid.
