Afterpay is a global payment method that allows your customers to split purchases into 4 interest-free installments, or longer term interest-bearing monthly installments (US only).
Customers paying with Afterpay are redirected to Afterpay to authorise the payment by agreeing to the terms of a payment plan, then sent back to Simpro Premium to complete the order. Afterpay offers payment options based on factors, such as customer credit, account history, and order amount. After payment acceptance, the full amount of the order (minus fees) is made available to your Stripe account upfront. Afterpay then manages collecting the purchase amount directly from the customer, over time.
To enable Afterpay:
- Go to Invoices > Simpro Payments > Configuration.
- Click and enable Afterpay.
- Select a payment method.
- Click Save.

Payment options vary by the order amount and country.

To pay with Klarna, customers are redirected to Klarna, where they select their preferred payment option, and then return to Simpro Premium to complete the order. Klarna presents payment options based on the customer’s currency and transaction amount. After payment acceptance, the full amount of the order (minus fees) is made available to your Stripe account up front, and Klarna collects the purchase amount from your customer, including any future installment payments, if applicable.
To enable Klarna:
- Go to Invoices > Simpro Payments > Configuration.
- Click and enable Klarna.
- Select a payment method.
- Click Save.
