About eForms
Overview
Digitise your paper forms with Simpro eForms. You can design and manage your forms in the eForms portal, and complete and submit your forms in the eForms app for use on tablet devices in the field.
Use Simpro eForms to:
- Edit and customise your forms in the eForms Designer in the eForms portal. Learn more in How to Use the eForms Designer.
- Complete forms on tablet devices using the eForms app.
- Capture and attach unlimited photographs.
- Collect signatures and drawings.
- Submit forms electronically from the eForms app to the eForms portal in real time.
- Integrate the eForms portal with Simpro Premium to auto-complete forms with data from quotes and jobs.
eForms can be used standalone or integrated with Simpro Premium.
If you are not an existing customer, please contact our Sales team in your respective country to purchase eForms licences. Contact our Admin team if you are an existing customer and require additional licences.

As eForms is a separately licensed add-on product, your Simpro Premium licence does not give you access to eForms.
Before you update the eForms app to a new version, ensure you complete and send any required draft forms. Any remaining unsent forms are removed during the update process.
The
- Android 10 or later
- iOS 14 or later.
The eForms app is built to work on the latest Android version and is tested on the previous two versions. While the eForms app may function with older versions it is not guaranteed. Security changes in recent Android versions may impact functionality, such as camera and storage permissions.
The current version of the app is actively tested on a specific set of tablet devices. Other devices not yet tested by Simpro may also be compatible.
Please note that newer or older versions of the same device or operating systems may not be compatible with the app, as there may have been significant changes between version releases. If a device or operating system works with an earlier version of the app, it may not work with a newer version.
Providers may delay the release of new OS versions on their network for quality assurance purposes. If the required OS version is not pre-installed on the device, check with the provider to ensure it is available for download on their network.
Although the app can be used on mobile phone devices, we recommend you thoroughly test your created forms on the mobile device before using them in the field, as some forms may not be usable on a smaller screen.
