The Run Sheet by Driver Report displays all journeys made by drivers on each day within the date range. This is useful if your drivers use different vehicles. Learn more about assigning drivers to vehicles in How to Manage Drivers.
View the start time and location, end time and location, total travel time and distance, and total time spent stopped for each journey.
To run the Run Sheet by Driver report:
- Go to the Reports tab.
- Select the Date Start and Date End to determine the date range.
- Next to Date Threshold, select the daily starting hour.
- Under Drivers Available, select the drivers you wish to include by clicking the plus icons.
- Alternatively, click Add All to include all drivers. Under Drivers Selected click the minus icons to remove any drivers you wish to exclude.
- Click Launch Report.
When the report has finished launching, it is organised by day, then by vehicle, and displays the following columns:
|Start Time||The time the driver began the journey.|
|Start Location||The address where the driver began the journey.|
|End Time||The time the driver finished the journey.|
|End Location||The address where the driver finished the journey.|
|Travel Time||The total time spent travelling.|
|Trip Distance||The total distance travelled from the start location to the end location.|
|Stopped For||The total time spent stopped at the end location until the next journey began.|
|Job #||If you have integrated with simPRO, any journey that is associated with a job displays the relevant job number here.|
