To utilise these convenient payment methods, users can simply enable them within their Stripe account settings. Once activated, these digital wallet options will appear as available Stripe payment methods in Simpro.

Purchase order enhancements

We are introducing enhancements to purchase order creation from supplier quotes! Purchase orders will now honour the supplier price from the supplier quote regardless of whether the supplier is listed on the part. Learn more in How to Create a Supplier Quote.

Improvements

  • The issue where Maintenance Planner failed to create jobs with an error message has been resolved. You can now successfully create jobs for all customer assets as expected.
  • We've addressed an issue where Simpro Premium users were not receiving alerts when contractor portal users rejected RCTI invoices. You will now receive the expected notifications for rejected invoices.
  • We've fixed an issue that prevented work orders from automatically moving to the Invoiced/Archived tab after being invoiced and marked as Complete when creating an invoice.
  • Increased contract value input limit! Now, you can enter contract values up to 15 digits instead of the initial limit of 10 digits (excluding decimals).
  • The issue where previously invoiced billable labour lines would reappear after being removed from a job and saved is now fixed!
  • In the Week View, the employee filter was defaulting to all available employees even when you had a default team assigned. This functionality is now restored to ensure the Week View correctly filters employees, as required.
  • We’ve fixed the issue that allowed contractors to create work orders outside the contractor portal. Now, contractors will be prevented from creating work orders through any other channels ensuring all work orders are properly managed within the contractor portal.
  • The My Alerts page now accurately displays recurring job alerts only for the assigned salesperson. All fixed now!
  • The Lead Activity Report now correctly calculates days passed for lost leads using the archived date. We’ve corrected the Lead Activity Report date calculation issue.
  • We’ve made sure the assignment of more mobility licenses is prevented than are available for a given build.
  • The issue with the list of available cost centres in Business Groups is now fixed! Now, only active cost centres will be shown by default and you can view archived cost centres using the Show Archived button.
