Pending Stripe Status for Notifications

If your Stripe payment takes a while to be verified, now you’ll receive a notification so you’ll know straight away when it goes through.

Optimised Customer Portal Alerts

In the Customer Portal, alerts will be automatically deleted after 90 days, improving usability and making alerts easier to manage.

Conditional Signature Field

In Job Form Builder Templates, client signature fields are now conditional. The field is only included on the form if a signature was collected.

Enhancements

  • Previously, you could only select up to 500 job cards to use bulk actions in the Job Card page. Now you can select as many job cards as you need.
  • Previously, when a payment was made using Stripe, there was no easy way to see what the payment was associated with from the description. Now the description will include the JobID (number).

Improvements

  • When mobile users emailed an invoice from the Simpro Mobile app, the delivered invoice file would lose the .PDF extension. Now your files won’t lose anything.
  • When you update sites using the site import, the change was not being logged in the site card or the customer linked to the site. All fixed!
  • Sometimes you weren’t able to log in even though there were available licences. All fixed!
  • Sometimes you weren’t able to attach files in an email due to certain characters in the filename. Now your files will stay attached.
