How to Test Customer Assets in Connect

Overview

Technicians can test customer assets on the job and record the results to be viewed in simPRO.

Test results can be recorded in a job card, Connect, or simPRO Mobile. If an asset fails a test, you can immediately create a quote for fixing it.

US only: If you use simPRO in the United States, the term 'work order' is used instead of 'job card'.
