Manage your day-to-day operations using the Simpro Digital Forms Work Hub. Dispatch forms within a set schedule, view upcoming dispatches or view dispatches that have been submitted. Create workflows for forms so that mobile users can pass a submission from one user to the next.
Create a new dispatch or upload a list of dispatches to get a form filled in immediately or schedule for a later date. You can also fill in fields in Simpro Digital Forms prior to sending out a dispatch. Note that mobile users can also complete forms without the form being dispatched.
Workflows allows you to collaborate with multiple users on a single Submission. A common use of this functionality is to pass a Submission to another user for approval before it is submitted. We call that transaction a "handoff," and you can have as many handoffs as you need within a single form.
