How to Export Pre-Builds

Export Simpro Premium data into a CSV or text file to manage and analyse data from different areas of your business. Learn more in How to Import Pre-Builds.

In order to view content or perform actions referred to in this article you need to have the appropriate permissions enabled in your security group. Go to System A screenshot of a schedule icon with a grey calendar icon and an arrow. > Setup > Security Groups and access your security group to update your permissions. Export Pre-Builds

How to Use Pre-Builds

Go to Export > Pre-Builds to export pre-builds using the following options:

Search Enter a search term to export pre-builds with specific part numbers or descriptions.
Pre-Build Groups Export pre-builds belonging to specific groups. Learn more in How to Create a Pre-Build Group.
