Simpro Premium 24.2.6

What's new in Simpro Premium: from 16 June 2024 AEST

Flexibility in setting Labour Rates and Service Fees

We've improved how you can set default labour rates and service fees to give you more control over your pricing.

Previously, you were limited to setting default labour rates per customer. This made it difficult if customers required specific rates agreed upon during the contract phase, or when costs varied depending on the work sites or cost centres.

Now you can:

  • Set default labour rates and service fees for specific contracts
  • Define specific rates that apply to different sites
  • Assign default labour rates and service fees for particular cost centres

Stripe recurring invoices

Your customers can now set up automatic payments for recurring invoices when using Stripe as your payment method.

Previously, managing recurring invoices through Stripe was time-consuming as it required manual payment for each invoice. This feature aims to streamline your workflow and helps you ensure timely payments with increased efficiency.

Improvements

  • We've resolved a discrepancy between the actual commission calculated for a job and the commission tier set up. Now your commissions will be accurately calculated based on the tiers you've set up.
  • Using the “Complete” option in a generic catalogue import now creates new items in new groups when their structure in the import file differs from existing entries in the existing catalogue.
  • Customer assets were not displayed when assigned to a site that was archived or deactivated. The issue is now fixed and the assets will be correctly displayed in archived site searches.
  • We've resolved an issue that caused a fatal error when printing an order receipt with prices as a PDF. You can now print the receipt successfully.
  • The issue with the Form Builder's claim to date percentage for invoices is now fixed. The claim to date percentage now reflects the accurate value and never exceeds 100%.
  • Linking a new contact in the customer portal previously removed other contacts from the customer card. This is now fixed!
  • We have addressed the issue where the markup on materials in quotes and jobs was using the default pricing tier in the system setup instead of the pricing tier defined in the contract settings selected on the project.
  • Unable to remove material cost from work orders? Material costs for work orders with prebuilds are now calculated accurately. Prebuilds which have $0 material cost will no longer add a cost into the materials field.
